Jon is a native of a farming town in Ohio who grew up in the kitchen with his mother before refining his skills as a chef in New York City and bringing his talents to the Bay area. He believes life is like a good recipe that even with proper preparation and technique, it always comes out best when made with love and seasoned to taste. Jon is a classically trained French chef inspired by Mediterranean cuisine, All-American comfort foods with a splash of healthy Vegetarian and Paleo options to match.
